Brief Answer:
Crocin Ds 6th hourly, tepid sponges,

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

For fever you can give Crocin Ds syrup every 6th hourly in prescribed dose depending on the presence of fever.

And do tepid sponging with lukewarm water after giving Crocin Ds to decrease the body temperature.

Monitor her temperature, activity, and hydration at regular intervals.

Give her adequate oral fluids to maintain hydration.

Continue the other medication as per the prescription.

And consult the Pediatrician to look for the cause and focus of infection which is causing fever at present and to prescribe specific medication.

Hope I have answered your query, if you have any clarification please let me know.

Regards.
