I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the test results you attached and in the latest test the platelets have been increased by 24 b/l. It is not a significant increase and both tests are within normal range.
It doesn't show any pathology or disease . Sometimes it can show inflammation or infection.
You don't have to worry about it.

I’m just worried because the tests were only 3 days apart. Afraid that it’s going to keep on elevating and be cancer.

I think this change is spontaneous and doesn't mean that it could keep increasing.
This elevated platelets can't be sufficient evidence of suspecting cancer .
I think this is nothing to worry about.
