Question : I have a constant itch in and around my groin and anus I currently use a cream called resolve plus one but can only use for a few days is there a product on the market to cure this issue

Tinea cruris gets aggravated with frequent sweating with dry weather.

You should consult with XXXXXXX medicine specialist/ dermatologist and should go for thorough check up.

You should also go for KOH mount preparation of affected skin scrapings.

Resolve Plus contains antifungal and corticosteroid ointment.

If I will be your treating doctor then I would like to prefer use of only antifungal ointment containing Clotrimazole/ micanazole.

Wear soft cotton clothes and avoid applying talc powder and soap.
