Brief Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX, Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX,
Welcome to XXXXXXX forum.

With the available described details, there could be high possibility of Tinea cruris.

Tinea cruris is a type of fungal infection which commonly affects groin region and common in males.

Tinea cruris gets aggravated with frequent sweating with dry weather.

You should consult with XXXXXXX medicine specialist/ dermatologist and should go for thorough check up.

You should also go for KOH mount preparation of affected skin scrapings.

Resolve Plus contains antifungal and corticosteroid ointment.

If I will be your treating doctor then I would like to prefer use of only antifungal ointment containing Clotrimazole/ micanazole.

Wear soft cotton clothes and avoid applying talc powder and soap.

Take care,
