Question: im constantly tired, i feel dizzy at times and i have no energy..what could this be?

There can be many causes for such symptoms. Important and common cause for such symptom is thyroid issues. Other causes are hormonal imbalance, anemia, chronic infections, post-viral infection, metabolic disorders and nutritional deficiencies etc.

Ideally you should undergo clinical evaluation and investigations suggested by your doctor to determine underlying cause for this. Treatment can be planned after that.
