Thanks fro posting the query

The symptoms appears to be due to Gastritis. You can take a course of TAB. RABEKIND DSR 2 times a day for 5 days.

Along with this follow a bland diet for a week
Have lot of fluids and water
Avoid citrus fruits
Avoid spicy and oily food
Include fibrous food in diet like Fenugreek and green leafy vegetables.

Any issue do follow up
