Question : Hi my friend consumed small quantity of all out mosquito repellent, but he vomitted immediately. Is there any reason to worry?

If your friend has consumed less than 10ml of it, then it is fine. There is no reason to be worried. If he has consumed more, it is better to go to the hospital at the earliest.

Good that he vomited immediately. Make him drink plenty of water orally.
