Question : Hello. Can I contract H. Pylori by having sex with someone who rarely showers and has generally poor hygiene? How about oral sex on "dirty penis"??

Brief Answer:
H.pylori does not spread by sexual route

Detailed Answer:
Hi
H.pylori is nirmally present in all persons.
In some,it will cuase gastric ulcers.
It is not related to hygeine.so,it will not spread from unhygeinic people.
Oral sex cannot cause H.pylori.But,it is better to wash the penis after retracting foreskin.
Other bacterial infections may occur with oral sex on dirty penis.
