Question : Hi, I’ve had chest pain, upper back pain, for about 5 days. It’s intensified over time and it’s unaffected by breathing.
Brief Answer:
Most likely musculoskeletal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
This type of pain is mostly musculoskeletal. Doesn't appear to be cardiac or lung origin.
To further evaluate the cause, a xray chest and ECG should help.
Over the counter pain relievers like paracetamol work in most cases.
Hope this helps.
