Could I Take Sudafed For A Nose Bleed After Taking Aspirin And Flonase?

default
Posted on Mon, 5 Feb 2024
Question: I thought it would be a good idea to take aspirin while on vacation in Utah to prevent any possible ill effects of altitude and exertion and I have also been using Flonase. Now I have a nosebleed and was wondering if taking Sudafed could help to shrink the blood vessels in my nose and counter the effects of the aspirin. I am on my way home now with no further need for the aspirin.

Brief Answer:
yes

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Sir, you are right. You can take tab Sudafed as a vasoconstrictor in it will help control bleeding.
You may also continue Flonase.
I hope your blood pressure is within normal limits.

Just press your nose for a few minutes as 2 minutes nonstop also reduces bleeding.
If you have any further query then you can come back to HealthcareMagic.

I hope your query is solved.
