Question : I want to ask about this tests My cbc is it good? My stool analysis has rbc1_3 and pus 2_4 is it dangerous?? please answer I am very worry

The normal pus cells is 0-4 and few RBC is also seen normally.
Nothing to worry about it and it may be due to minor gastroenteritis. Few blood cells are seen in parasitic infections also. If you experience any symptoms like abdominal pain or bloody stools, you can consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
