Question : The edge of the car door hit my moms left temple and she bled a little I applied ice, could she have internal bleeding

Only in cases that the patient had previous problems with coagulation such use of the blood thinner drugs, malignancy, blood diseases, etc. the risk increases.

In conclusion, if there were no symptoms after hitting the head and no previous coagulation issues, bleeding in such cases is very unlikely.
