Could A Hemorrhoid Cause Slight Bleeding Seen On The Pantyliner?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do have straining at times, Do have hemorrhoid, Urination is ok. Went to Dr for vaginal burning on Wednesday. He said slight yeast infection, but it seemed to be getting better at that time so he did not give me anything. Called office on Friday, and asked if something could be prescribed, but Doctor will not be in office until Monday so used using Vagisil for now which helps somewhat. Did you see attached picture? Should I be overly concerned?
Possible hemorrhoid, fissure or some skin problem.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
* There can be various reasons for the underwear staining or spotting as hemorrhoid,
fissure or some sort of skin problem through infection.
* The staining sounds very faint and disperse, suggestive of minor bleed or oozing which
can be from serous discharge more likely.
Kindly provide me further details so that I can answer your query completely.
1. Are you having any discomfort in passing stool as straining, burning?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I had seen the picture attached.
* The issue may be of multiple reasons the diagnosis of which depends upon the microbiology of vaginal swab or urine sample. The hemorrhoid seems very less likely as it gives spotting before, with or after passage of stool, but not spontaneously during night.
* Plenty of liquids and hygiene care solve majority of the instances and rest cases require medicine support.
Wish you fine day ahead.
Take care.

Hi,
It is good sign that you have not noticed further spotting. Burning will also cool down gradually. Have you noticed decrease in burning since the onset or not?
Thanks.

Went to Dr this morning due to spotting that I had noticed. Upon examination he noticed a cut on the outside of vagina which he thinks was cause of spotting and also burning. He suggested using Vaseline to help heal it. He said ice pack could also be used to cool the burning.
