Brief Answer:
Side effect of mammogram

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a side effect of mammogram.
The breast tissue does have a small amount of muscle in it, and these muscles may involuntarily contract, like a muscle spasm.
I recommend to use a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also recommend to use a magnesium supplement.

Hope my answer was helpful.

Kind regards!
