Brief Answer:
Well tolerated up to 3000 mg daily

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Keppra can be well tolerated up to doses of 3000 mg daily, however this high dose can lead to lack of appropriate coordination. This means that you should avoid driving or dealing with any hazardous objects (such as knives).

I hope you find this helpful.
