Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

First of all I don't think you said something improper while blackout .
At that moment the ability to speak is impaired and I don't think you said anything.
Even if you did it is nothing to be furious at because the person is unconscious at the blackout.

I think what happened is just a lack of blood flow in the brain caused by chiropractic procedure or a vasovagal reflex that caused black out.
It is nothing to worry about.
I think he didn't like the fact that it happened in front of other patients because they may be afraid that this will happen even to them and he may lose some clients.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Psychogenic blackout.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again. If your glucose levels and blood pressure were not low then another cause can be psychogenic. Psychogenic blackouts may be as a result of stress and anxiety and sometimes develop after people have experienced ill-treatment or trauma.
I think this is your case.
Wishing you good health.
Best regards.
