Question : I am a 28 year old male.I developed a dark patch on the head of my penis about 1.5 years back.It doest pain. I have not consulted any doctor yet.I am afraid that it is penile malenoma.Please suggest.

Thanks for the query and photographs.
It is not looking like melanoma.
Melanoma usually presents with fast growing pigmented lesion with pain and somtimes bleeding.
As the lesion has not changed much in last one year, melanoma can be easily ruled out.
just relax it is looking like a post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
