Question : Can estrodial one milagram a day give you heart palpatations in the morning always around 5:00 am and some tightness in the chest?

No. Estradiol wont give palpitations

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns about palpitations.

One mg of estradiol is unlikely to give palpitations. Palpitations so early in the morning are seen only in case of anxiety.

If there is no anxiety better to get general check up done from your doctor to know cause of palpitations and chest tightness.
