Brief Answer:
Thread lifts can cause headaches

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Headaches are not a known common side effect of face threads, though I do believe they could cause especially tension-type headaches given that they do create tension across the face which could be transmitted to the head as well. The main concern with face threads is infection, and so I would particularly watch out for any signs of swelling, drainage from the incision sites, or fever. Also, if the headaches continue to persist, removal of the face threads could be considered if nothing else is helping. Otherwise, this type of headache would be treated as any tension type headache, usually with paracetamol, ibuprofen, or stronger pain medications such as tramadol.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about that, and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.
Thanks.
