Brief Answer:
Emergency contraceptive pill advised

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
If he has fingered you with semen on his fingers, then there are chances of pregnancy.
In that situation, I will suggest you to take morning after pill or emerging contraceptive pill within 72 hours of the sexual act to prevent any chance of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
