MRI with contrast also showed linear distribution of non mass enhancement extending toward nipple. Also showed admixed course heterogenous calcifications. Does this further the possibility of already being invasive. the reason i'm asking about being invasive is my breast doctor wont tell me much. When I have surgery I don't want any surprises. I want to know up front.

Brief Answer:
Surgery followed by chemotherapy and radiation

Detailed Answer:
Hi

MRI report shows the breast cancer has invaded or spread to the surrounding breast tissues.

I would advise you to go for surgery followed by chemotherapy and radiation.
