Question : Hi Doctor, I hope you are doing well . My question for you is specif and related to blood test . Could Granuloma in vocal cord cause high Lymphocytosis and high absolute Lymphocytosis value in the blood ? And does Granuloma discovers from one month up to know is consider chronic inflation ? Dear Dr XXXXXXX , Thanks alot for your rely and acutely Iam happy that you are the one you are handling my question, since i have had excellent consultation from you long time ago.
Doctor i attached copy from my lab test cbc , I hope you can give me your opinion regarding that . is it would be related to granuloma regardless the ESR test are normal ?? or is it related to early sign of blood cancer?? please be noted long time ago 3 years i have had the same blood disorder for a period fro 45 month less or more and after that all cbc tests were good up to one month before. and in 2015 no body now the reason for high lymphocytes but later on 2017 i discover i had hishtimo and thyrioidets after removing my thyroid. waiting for your reply and thanks in advance , best regard Ahmed

I have gone through your all reports. All reports are almost normal except slightly high lymphocytes count.
Your ESR is normal so your high lymphocytes are not due to granuloma. More over your peripheral blood smear report and LDH is normal so there is no chance of blood cancer. So don't worry about that.
In my opinion it can be due to some viral infection or non specific cause and no treatment is required.
Don't worry about any type of blood cancer.
