Brief Answer:
Needs physical examination by gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It think it could just be due to inactivity and stagnant blood causing smell before and after periods. A pap smear should also be done to find any tumor with cervix or any local infection. This should help narrow the diagnosis. A pap smear smear is done by a gynecologist or family physician.
