Question : I have pain sometimes under my right arm - in my armpit. It comes and goes. I've been bulimic for 20 years- I wonder if the two are related. I am worried about breast cancer, or other cancers - as I am an anxious person. I don't have any other symtoms of this - no lumps

First of all I like to inform you that pain comes as last symptom in all form of breast carcinoma. Often the first symptom is lump which is often painless.

In addition any form of organic pain increases in intensity over a period of time and never have come and go pattern.

In my opinion none of the symptoms experienced by you are indicative of breast carcinoma.
