This is for se sharka I was wondering if you think this is cardiac related I have been having jaw joint pain in and off for a few days no other symptoms but I was wondering if you think this could be a symptom of cardiac issues to come ... the pain does not radiate anywhere just in the joints in the side and back of jaw

Jaw pain occurring after exertion is a very common presentation of underlying heart disease.
It happens on exertion only.
I would advice you to get a Stress test (preferably stress echo) done to rule out any such thing.

This doesn’t happen after excerton it just comes and goes I am currently wearing a loop holtor monitor and am scheduled for a echo stress test on oct 1 st I have been diagnosed in the passed with tmj
I also had a ecg done apt 12 no concerns could this be tmj

If it does not occur after exertion, it is unlikely to be because of cardiac reason. Still doing a stress test will be good, which you are already doing.
