Question : Hi, I have white dots like infection on my penis since 2 years no iteching ,no irritation. i tried lot of antiments but it is not going .please suggest best antiment.

Hi,

Fordyce spots are nothing but enlarged glands. Since Fordyce spots are harmless and do not go away easily, we do not suggest treatment.

Retinol cream and coconut oil are somewhat effective. But these tend to recur.
