Question : My girlfriend has been diagnosed with gonnorhea 2+. Three days after that I got tested and it came back as "scanty" or in lay terms barely there. I understand that it is possible to still pass it on even if it is not as prevalent in my body. My question is what is the probability that she got it from myself? Also I have no symptoms, no pain, no discharge, no itch. She on the other hand does have all the above. I hate to ask this but on a scale of 1 to 10, one being I did not give it to her and ten being I totally did give it to her, What are the chance?

I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Symptoms of gonorrhoea or any other sexually transmitted diseases become more pronounced in females in comparison with the males with the same amount of bacteria.
So, there are high chances, around 7-8 on a scale of 10, that she has got the infection from you.
It's better to both of you treated properly and completely for the infection.
