Could Pull-out Method Lead To Pregnancy Despite Having Irregular Periods And Multiple Negative Tests?

Question : My friend had unprotected sex a day after her period ended on 23 February 2023 and she said her partner didnt ejaculate and pulled out, she is sure about it. She dosent have pcod or other problems but she always had irregular periods which only lasts about 3 days. But after 23rd February , she got her periods around 23rd March and it only lasted for 2 days and was significantly less bleeding. She missed her period on April and after 2 weeks of missing her period this month she took 3 tests in the morning and it turned out negative. She claims to have tender breasts and no other symptoms. Her doctor advised meprate once for 5 days.. its been 3 days since that and now she decided to take 2 tests again. Is it possible that she’s pregnant? She’s does not want to pregnant . And if she is pregnant is it possible to get medical abortion without operation.
