Brief Answer:
It could be due to hemorrhoids or fissure in ano

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Bleeding per rectum after straining could be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissure. It will be confirmed only by clinical examination. Initially, it can be solved by few dietary measures. You should take high fiber diet. You should drink plenty of liquids. You should stop non vegetarian food and alcohol if you are taking them. Your stool should be soft.

In spite of above dietary modifications, if you still have the problem you should consult a surgeon and proceed further. Nothing to worry.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further. Wish you good health.

Regards
