Brief Answer:
Birth defects unlikely due to fluconazole

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
The high doses of fluconazole can lead to the birth defects in the fetus.
The doses should be as high as 400-800 mg taken altogether.
The dose of 150 mg taken at 72 hours interval is too low to pose any risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
I suggest you not to worry.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
