Could The Frequent To Urinate And Tingling Sensation At The Penis Head Be Related To My Nervous System Or My Anxiety?

I have had numerous blood tests done... an ultrasound of the abdomen and everything is normal.
My only complaint is the urgency that I feel as a tickle in the head of my penis and the pressure in the area above it (bladder area I guess)... it makes me VERY gassy, I hear gurgling and it feels like there's a weight on it... or a tension... or a golf ball inside.
Could this be related to my nervous system/anxiety? I am usually fine during the day when I'm busy and distracted but when I get home to rest its constant and I must go to the bathroom 12 times a night.
You probably have a what is called as Over Active Bladder Syndrome (OAB)
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Based on the facts that you have posted urgency and frequency for urination that you have is mostly due to what is called as Over active Bladder syndrome (OAB)
Urine formation is a continuous process and bladder is getting filled up with urine continuously .Under normal circumstances one gets sensation to pass urine when bladder gets filled up with 250-300 ml of urine however in OAB it starts getting involuntary contraction even after it gets filled up with small quantity of urine (75-100 ml) giving rise to sensation or urge to pass urine and these spasms is the cause for pain in lower abdomen.
The pucularity of the OAb is that there are no positive findings or abnormalities in relevant tests like urine culture, scanning etc.
Taking Darifenacin or Merabigtone once daily will help to reduce urgency. It takes two weeks to observe the results and one has to continue taking drug for 3-4 months.
Avoid drinking water after evening and ensure to empty our bladder before going to bed.
Doing some Yogas and Meditation in the morning will help to calm down your anxiety which also triggers up bladder contractions.
