Question : I have just started using Restasis and broke out in hives! Could there be a connection?

Hi and welcome.

Yes, it could cause allergic reactions including hives.
So I suggest to stop using Restasis or any other medications that you took for the first time.
ALso, you need to take benadryl pills and antiallergic ointments.
If there wont be improvements, you ll need to have im steroid shots at your GP.
