Question : 21 never pregnant. looks like i have Montgomery's tubercles. could this be an early sign of breast cancer?

Why would they be swelling though? I’m not going through any hormonal changes or breastfeeding. Cancer could cause them to swell.

Sometimes even weight gain, weight loss, stress, etc can cause hormonal changes resulting in these Montgomery's tubercles. Sometimes even tight clothing can cause this.
