Brief Answer:
Could be due to enlarged prostate, needs to be investigated

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Based on the fact that you have posted that you have obstructive voiding symptoms, it is due to an enlarged prostate which is common at this age and needs to be investigated.

Consult a qualified urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get the following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA
4) Uroflowmetry

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and the final diagnosis.

In the meantime, continue taking medications prescribed by your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query.
