Question : Dear Sir/Madam,

I am attaching my sister's prescription, ultrasound reports, and test results for your review and recommendations.

Her doctor has suggested scheduling her delivery on November 11; however, we were hoping to wait until November 25 to complete the full nine months. The doctor has also recommended the DEXA injection. Could you please review her condition and advise whether this injection is necessary? Additionally, if possible, could you inform us of any side effects associated with it?

Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and reports and understand your concern.
You can go for delivery on 11th November as baby is in breech presentation with cord around neck,so she doesn't want to wait till 9months completion.
She planned surgery after foetal maturity.
Dexa injection is important for foetal lung maturity and it is having no side effects.
