Question : Could you please assess my annual test reoprt? It shows my Egfr level is 2, even last year's report shows that it was 2.
could this be concern? if so, what other tests should I get done?
I lead a healthy life, into wieght trainings and take 3 to 4 grams of creatine supplement 4 to 5 days a week.

Noted your history and seen the reports dated 11/1/24.
G2 is reflection of grading as per the numbers of GFR. Yours is 77 hence G2 = 60 - 89.
Reading your reports: Bilirubin is raised and that should be well investigated, diagnosed and treated well along with raised Creatinine.
Bilirubin 2.5
Bil Direct: 0.33
Bilirubin Indirect: 2.17
You need the following:
I hope you already have consulted a Nephrologist from your area, if not, please consult asap.
Consult a Gastroenterologist for Raised bilirubin.
Get Ultrasound of abdomen for evaluation and CT scan if needed. Supportive tests as would be advised by your Specialists.
Why would you be taking creatine?
How much is your weight and height for calculating BMI.
Please note your symptoms.
