Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
This ct scan is suggestive of covid 19 pneumonia.
But management of such case, depends upon multiple factors.
Like
Spo2 level, cbc, crp, d dimer level.
Complain of patient.
If spo2 level, and other blood reports are normal, then nothing to worry, just need monitoring.
While if spo2 is less than 94 percent, then need hospitalization and treatment.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards
