Brief Answer:
Renal disease and urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query and your attached reports.

Your ECG report and your cardiac ultrasound are normal.
Considering all your test results i want to underline the kidney tests results, the CBC result and urinalysis result.

This tests show a kidney disfunction(probably an acute kidney diasease with high potassium), Iron deficency anemia and an urinary tract infection.

Yes,treatement is needed in order to treat all the actual conditions.
Intravenous fluid therapy, iron suplemment and and antibiotic for the urinary infection can be considerated.

My advice for you is to consult your local physician for the right treatement and follolw up of all your conditions.

Hope this is helpful.
Best regards.
