Hello,
These tests are used to diagnose inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohns disease or ulcerative colitis. So probably doctor ordered it because you had symptoms such as diarrhea or weigh loss and blood stools. Luckily, all these tests are negative which means that you almost surely don't have these bowel diseases.
Generally these tests check autoimmune markers which are present in autoimmune diseases. But, your test is fine.

I am getting pain while bowl movement and also after the bowl movement, the pain lasts for 5-8 hours. What needs to be done to cure this issue?

Could you please tell us where is this pain located after bowel movements? Is it in the abdomen or in anal area. Also, did you notice blood in stool? And do you have nausea, diarrhea or vomit?
