Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
CBC is complete blood count and has parameters like hemoglobin, white blood cell parameters and red blood cell parameters. Mostly done to find anemia, its cause, and cause of any infections.
Others are hormones including serum insulin levels in fasting and post prandial state, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin levels, thyroid stimulating hormones, testosterone free and total.
USG is ultrasonography of pelvis, for uterus and ovaries. If you are not married, then vaginal ultrasound should not be done.
The above tests are usually done to find problems associated with polycystic ovarian syndrome especially when trying for pregnancy.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi again
Ultrasound of pelvis will help discover PCOS/PCOD. Other tests will help discover associated hormonal imbalances etc.
