Question : Hello Doctor, Good Evening.

(aged 10 years) got skin rashes in his right leg inner thigh in the last few days and it is little itching for him (not severe itching). It is not available in any other place.

We request your advice on what we should do for the treatment. Could you please prescribe any ointment or internal medicines?

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the images.

I can see dry looking patches and bumps on the skin. This seems like fungal infection. I suggest you to try a topical antifungal e.g 2% ketoconazole cream, twice daily for a few days. You may also give him tab. levocetrizine 5mg once a day in evening. These are prescription medications.
