Question : Hi , this is rayudu satyam, myself suffering with fever and throat pain , my wife suffering with fever, headache and low energy, could u please sugest any medication or we need to go hospital

Hello ,
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may be having flu or cold. I think you don't need to go to hospital but you may be treated at home.
You can take acetaminophen or Tylenol for fever and throat pain. You can also take a herbal spry for your throat.
Your wife can also take Tylenol or paracetamol for fever and headache.
This may last for 3-5; days and you will get better.
