Brief Answer:
Medication is not needed in most cases

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

Bed wetting during night(also known as nocturnal enuresis) is common in children.
I have few queries
Is she passing urine involuntarily during night time only or day time also?
This bedwetting is there since infancy or she has recently got this problem?
Is there any history of urinary infection or if there is any other associated symptoms like seizure, poor growth etc.?
Have you noticed any decrease in frequency over period of past few months or it is worsening?

Most of the time it is not associated with any other problem, hence does not need any treatment and usually improves with time. Behavioral treatment like voiding training(train to pass urine at every two hour interval during day time), make them full awake and to pass urine voluntarily during night time once or twice, to give rewards if she is dry for a night along with avoiding fluids 2-3 hours before bed time, avoiding caffeine contains drinks helps in most of them. Avoid making her ashamed, guilt or any punishment as that may worsen the condition.
If she is very anxious you may start medication like imipramine after consulting your physician. But this medicine helps in only 25% cases and there is high chance of recurrence after discontinuation of medicine.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
