Thanks for posting your query. Itchy vagina can be due to fungal, bacterial or allergic cause. Usually it is caused due to fungal infection. You can try the following medicines and if the symptoms are not reducing then it is best to visit a dermatologist or gynecologic for a detailed examination and investigations.

Tab. Flucan 150 , (0-0-1) for 3 days after food,
You can apply Candid 3D cream around the vagina. You can apply it 2 to 3 times per day for a 1 week.
For itching you can take Tab. Allegra 120mg or Cetirizine 10 mg once a day after dinner (0-0-1)
Sitz bath for 20 minutes may also help reduce itching.
