Question : Couple of days before i had a Oral exposure with XXXXXXX I asked him to do Masturbation, and he wear condom to penis and did blow job, and after a while i asked him to do masturbation and he did, and offer to do sex in anal and i refuse it. He bite on my chest even but i got pain and didn't get any blood coming outside. I've been suffering from 2 days that an infection may cause ? Please help me. I've seen small white patches on my head of penis with out an pain, i've asked my friend he said its nothing.

As far as the sexual contact is concerned it was oral protected sex so there is no risk of any STDs from it. Masturbation which is skin to skin contact of hand to penis is not associated with any risk either as skin is not a source of infection. As for the white patches on penis head I don't think they are a manifestation of any STD but I request you to kindly upload images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.

You seem to have a yeast infection. It is ot an STD. I suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole cream, twice daily for a week.
