Pls tell if we should go for any other test like CT scan or any other

As of low only symptomatic treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
These are common symptoms and like in case of viral fever.
As of now only symptomatic treatment will be enough. Drink plenty of water and take paracetamol for fever.
You have to monitor your blood oxygen level using a pulse oximeter, if there is any fall in oxygen level or if you experience any symptoms like breathlessness, additional investigations like CT scan may be required.
