Brief Answer:
Need details about doses of humera.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
You have to keep your stools soft and have to avoid straining again and again to avoid fissures.
You could take Miralax daily for the same any other stool softener will also work. Most of them are over the counter.
Along with it eat lots of Hi fibre(Fybrogel) supplement to give bulk to stool and help it in passing easily.
Straining other wise would cause chronic recurrent fissures.
One of the characteristic feature of Crohn's is bleeding but I need few more details what doses of humera are you taking biweekly?
Orally or in suppository form?
Have any suppository been recommended to you?
Please answer.
