Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Can you please post clear and focused photos (if possible), these help.
Finger is a highly vascular structure.
If the skin is cut off means the subcutaneous tissues rich in blood vessels is not allowing to stop bleeding.
Please apply pressure on the bleeding surface and have tight bandage that puts pressure on bleeding surface.
Apply ice on the bleeding surface, may help.
Elevate the affected hand far above hear/head level to enhance venous return.
Please get these done and give me feedback.
If the bleeding still does not stop, it is better to get the bleeding(BT), clotting (CT) and prothrombine time (PT)done.
I hope you are not any blood thinners or any other medications. If yes, please write the names.
