There is ST elevation in multiple leads, needs to be evaluated further

Hello Mr Shrikant.

In my opinion, the patient needs to be admitted to a hospital urgently and further evaluation should be done as there are features suggestive of reduced blood supply to heart. (Myocardial infarction/ischemia).
