Question : have very dark colored semen, urine totally normal, no pain, 30days abstension.

Dark color of semen is generally due to presence of old blood in it.
It can be due to bleeding in prostate, seminal vesicles etc.
You require per rectal examination of prostate.
Investigations like microscopic examination of semen, C&S of semen, USG of prostate, histological examination of biopsy taken from prostate, estimation of PSA etc. may also be required
Please consult an Urologist as soon as possible.
