Question: hi, have a most embarrsing problem, my penis has dark spots on the front and back ,(it is not lump,its just dark colors on skin) ,there are many such small spots on the backside on the foreskin too.,but all are only on the left side only, these spots started appearing when i was in school days,i am shy to consult a doctor, please help me . i will attach the penis photo too., Thanks in advance.
